Mr. Karlton Penn, Chairman
School Trustee Electoral Board
Leesburg, Virginia
Dear Mr. Penn:
I am writing this letter to you recommending the reappointment of Mr. Fern Marshall to the School Board of
Loudoun County.
As a former high school and elementory principal it
has been my privilege to work very closely with Mr. Marshall.
I have found him to be most approachable and deeply
interested in the best interestSof both the teacher and the
system.
His many years of experience on the School Board and
his life long residence in Loudoun County make him familiar
with the many problems confronting the School System at this
time.
I endorse the appointment of this outstanding man and trust
you will give his appointment your serious consideration.

Sincerely yours,
Charles 5 mansor
