To The Lou down county school Board
We the me designed beg leave to say
the school in St douis is over crowded
with seventy one (71) scholars evrolled
a & there is a large attend once atall
times, an Can ditious are not sametary
with three scholars at each desk
We are asking if the school board
will give us an extra room an primary
Leader for the next school term
If you consider this kindly
write back on what terms we can get
one We are willing to do all we
can to help in this matter as we
feel it is absorately neccessary.

will see that it is aboutly necessary
