Enclosed is our statemest far services regdered to date.
The fee for preparation of plans add specifications you
will notice is based upon the low bid on the plans and
spectfications as originally Brepared (first bid openirg).
Thls includes the designing of the water system, sewer,
etc. as directed. No charge is nade for revision of the
drawings.
The fee for supervision will be based upon what is actually
built, that is, upon the final contract amount plus or
minus aily changes.
This is tbe usual interpretation of the architectrs contract and it pays the architect only for work actually
