Bailey & Patton, Architects, covering subn,ission of two sets
of drawings for an addition of 4 classrooms to the Douglass
Elementary School project.
For the record won?t you please confirm the above and
furnish us with basic design data and any other pertinent
infornation that you feel we should have in order to nake an
intelligent review of the project. We presume that eomplete
plans and speci.fications w'iII be developed for obtaining
competitive bidding,
