It is reconmended that the personnel la charge of this boller be
thoroughly tnstructed and the varioue eontrols tested at frequent
intervals ts iasure that t hey are ln proper operating condition and if

properly seeured to the floor. the tank should be proirerly aounted so
that vibration will not eause novenent rhich rrill reflect on the piping
and wtring.
draln, on the under-side of the tank, is plrrgged. A new drain coek
should be lnstalled so that aecumulated, dondensate and oL1 aay be
drained off at weekly intervals.

Ihe

painted and lt is recommended that these paint deposits be rennoved from
the operating nechanierss to prevent failure.

Supervisor, at the tine of inspection and tt is understood that prounpt
comective action w111 be taken.
