On March 18 1940 William McKinley Jackson complained that because transportation to an accredited HS wasn't provided , which was needed for college entry, and because non existed in Loudoun, he was giving Emerrick a bill from 1939 covering his expenses to send his daughter Eva to Manassas Industrial.
