IN THE CIRCUIT COURT R LOUDOUN COUNY,
DECEMBER 19, 1940.
IN RE: THE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD 0F LOUDOUN COUNT, VIRGINIA.
This day came the County Sthool Board of Loudoun County,
Virginia and exhibited a deed toit from John V. Wanzer et al,
Trustees of the County Wide Leagie of Loudoun County, for a :ns
of land containing eight (8) acres to be used for schol puryos
for the colored school children of Loudoun County, Virginia, a
filed its petition praying that said gift be ordered by this (rt
accepted by the County School Board of Loudoun (ounty, Virginund
that the title thereto be approved by Chaerles F. Harrison, Com—
wealth Attorney of Loudoun County, Tirginia.
On consideration whereof, it ippearing thit the County swol
Board of Loudoun County, Virginia iesires to borrow $30,000 fu
the Literary Fund of the State of Vrginia, it is ordered that
Charles F. Harrison, Commonwealth #torng of Lowdoun County, m-
ginla, do examine the title to saildtract of land and if approw
record a certificate by him of saicapproval with the aforesciileed
before the Clerk of the Circuit Cout of Loud oun County, Vi rgin,
who shall enroll the same on the prper ceed book of the lama r
cords of Loudoun County, Virginia.
