I’ve scanned the relevant parts of the 1898/99 Teacher’s Register for Round Hill Colored School.
To arrive at the list of students, I recommend you start with Register of Pupils and their Parents.
That material probably lists everyone, though I’d double check. Nice thing about them as well is
that they do list parents, so that is wonderful when using Ancestry.com, if there is confusion
about a student.
Registers show a student’s performance month by month; but we are not tracking that. We just
want know who attended a school at any time.
The page lengths of Registers are much longer than Term Reports so I made two scan of each
page. You will see overlaps.
I’ve redacted the performance information but the black area will at least tell you that a student
took the course.

Because the handwriting on these two pages is so clear, you might want to start you list on the
spreadsheets with these. Terrific that the page also list the names of parents and the District in they
live.
Because the list might miss names, be sure when using the other pages that nothing is skipped.
