At a meeting of the County School Board of Loudoun County,
Virginie at Leesburg on February 17, 1944.

WHEREAS, an advertisement was placed in the Blue Ridge Herald
on January 25, 1944 asking for sealed bids on the Round Hill Colored
school lot and whereas, on this day a bid of é75 for said lot was re-
celved frém Henry Schneider, this being the only bid received, Therefore,

Be It Resolved, that the bid of §$75.00 from Henry Schnelder for
~ sald lot be accepted and Lucas Philipps is hereby appointed as attorney
for this board and is authorized directed and empowered to petition the
Judge of the Circult Court of Loudoun Gounty? Virginia for an order
approving the sale of said lot and

Be It Resolved that'after approval by the Judge of the Circult
Court and payment of the full purchase price the Chairman and Clerk
of this board are hereby authorized and directed to sign a special
warrenty deed to Henry Schneider for the aforesald propertyes
