State school architect. The rooms
are designed for primary pupils
and have some modern features
for such grades. The location is
to be to the north of the auditori-

level with the bresent class-room
floors. Toilets are to be put in
this addition.

These rooms will be heated by
the present system which hag
modern ventilation features. It
will be all changed over to 1 re-
circulatory system S50 that the
bresent heating capacity will care
| for the additional rooms and fiel
will be saved annually.

There will be Nno excavation

walls.

It is our hope to be able to pur-
chase additiona; land as the Iot

natural sciences, 4 years; Latin,

Economics, 2 years; Industrial
Arts, 4 yébars; Agriculture, 4 years £

It is in our minds, tentative-]

/ly, to add one full-time highl
{school teacher and one half--timel
teacher of agriculture in ths high
school and two elementary teach-
ers. The school will then have g
faculty of ten elementary and |
eight high school teachers includ-
ing the principal. The elementary
enrollment will be about 370 and
high school 185.

Through use of the State Lit-
erary Fund which can be borrow-

ed for a term of 15 to 30 years
at 4 per cent interest, this ad-
dition can be financed without
any increased appropriation by :
the board of supervisors as com-
pared with the $i15,000 appro-
priated this year. for county
school purposes. The cost will be |3
borne by the county and no by
the school district. No immediate
tax increase is involved in this
proposed building. g

Loudoun has the second lowest
tax rate in Virginia counties and

its debts are low compared to
those of most counties of equal
financial resources: n
