AT A CIRCUIT COURT HELD FOR LOUDOUN COUNTY
DECEMBER 12, 1920
IN RE; Ashburn School property.
This day, Wilbur C. Hall, who was heretofore appointed to
examine and report upon the condition of the title of a certain
tract of land purchased by The County School Board of Loudoun Coun-
ty, a body corporate, from William C. Wilson and Lottie T. Wilson, |
and situated in Broad Hun Magisterial District, in Loudoun County,
Virginia, containing z.02 acres of land, more OT less, according to
survey, and which ad joins the present school property at Ashburn,
Virginia, and filed his report certifying that the County School
Board of Loudoun County, had an indefeasible fee simple title to sa d
property, free from encumbrances:-
It is therefore adjudged, and ordered that the said report be
filed with the papers of this term and a COPY of the report of the ‘
said Wilbur C. Hall, attorney, be attached and recorded along with
the deed, and the court doth further adjudge and order that Wilbur
C. Hall, shall be paid a fee of $15.00 and the County School Board \
of Loudoun County, ya*®, a body corporate shall further pay the
costs of this proceeding in the sum of $1.50° \
