This day came the County School Board of Loudoun County, Vir-
ginia, a body corporate, alleging that they had purchased a tract
of 1lsnd of 3.02 acres, adjoining the present school property at
Ashburn, Loudoun County, Virginia, from William Viijlson and Lottie
T. Wilson, his wife for the sum of $500.0Q and asks that an at-
torney be designated to examine the title to said property, the
contract for the sale of which is in writing* l: is therefore ad-
judged, and ordered that Wilbur C. Hall an attoraey practicing at
the bar of this Court be directed to examine and report upon the
condition of the title and he shall make his report to this Court.
