to purchase the strip of land 60 fect wide along the
Western edge of the new school lot. I noticed in your
pid that you stated G0 by approximetely 100 feet. This
lot 1s about 200 feet long.
The School Board resolution provides your pOSSCSSgp:
to be given upon Payment of the full amournt purchase price.
It will be neces for us to get approval of the courd

resolution also provided that the house should be removed
to the lot which you are purchasing by July 1st, 1946,
The house is now rented and it will De necessary for you
to get John Summers a 30 day notlee in order for you to
get possession of the house.
