positive needs for sdditional space for some white schools in this
Countys We expect and intend to take care of these projects as soon as
1t §eems reasonable to do so snd upon the condition that the funds are
fable to pay for the additional cost to the County School Board.
If you end the people at Middleburg will cooperate with the Sehool
Board your project will move along very much faster than 1ii will if you
do otherwise. There 1s no intention on our part to evade this issure
or to postpphens unduly action in the matter.
