I believe that I am correct in saying that every member of
the School Doerd in Loudoun County would feel that it is pro-
per for a new school building to be erected for colored children
to include ot least St. Louls and Middleburg at this time end I
concur in this attitude. 1 should like to suggest that 1if you
would beve & committe who would reggesent your PTA come to the
School Loard Meetlng on Jenuary %18t there might be a somewhat
better understand thsn apparently exist at this time.
