The undersigned, who are residents of Waterford School
District and who are patrons and were formerly patrons of Jaterford
School, respectfully recuest{ that your Board will not re-engage
for the coming school year_S. A. Wessells as Principal or in any
capacity connected with qaid School.
While your petitioners hesitate to in any way suggest
Po your Board any Policiés in connection with school affairs, they
feél that the interest of the laterford School, and indeed the interest
of the commfinitv generally demand that Mr. Wessells be not retained.
Tt is well known to your board that the conduct of the said School Dby
‘Mr. Jessells has not been gatisfactory to a great many of the patrons
of said School and his retention as frincipal thereof has resulted
in the withdrawal of not less than twenty-six (26) pupils. Under

Your petitioners further pray that llisses Elizabeth Lecker,
Elsie Shawn and Elizabeth James be no longer retained as teachers in
said School, for the reason that they have justified the said Jessells
in his aforesaid asctions, and are no longer acceptable to the great
