Dear Teacher:
I wish to call your attention to the following thingé:
TEACHERS MEETING ON FEBRUARY 1, 1947
The meeting of all teachers will be held at the Purcellville
School at 9:30 A.M. Elementary Teachers will hold a reading clinic.
Consultants are expected from Virginia State College.
High school teachers will meet in a separate group with
Mr. Liverpool in charge. It is hoped that Dr. A. G. Macklin, High
School Counselor, will meet with them,
Dr. Souder, Head of the Loudoun County Health Unit, wishes
to meet with all teachers to acquaint them with details concerning
the intensive health program that is to be carried on in the schools.
Therefore, it will be necessary for us to extend the time of our
meetings A light lunch will be served from 12:00 to 12:30 after
which Dr. Souder will meet with you for about an hour.
MILE OF DINES
You have received material for the Mile of Dimes Drive in
your school. If you need additional material, please write me,
Kindly report all money from this drive on or before February 1, 1947.
