Dear Teacher:
I wish to remind you that our meeting of all teachers which
was scheduled for April 19, 1947 will be held Saturday, April 12,
1947 at 9:30 A. M. at the Middleburg Schoole.
At this time the following groups will make their reports:
Reading Group, Arithmetic Group, and School-Community Relat ionship
Groups. Each report will be followed by a discussicn period.
Due to the fact that Mr. Lacey is calling a brief meeting of
the Association for Education following the regular meceting, a light
lunch will be served at 12:30. The cogt will not exceed «30g.
The Reading Contest Committee has gsked me to remind you that -4
the Contest closes on April 11, 1947. erefore, they are asking
you to bring the report from your school to the meeting and give
it to Mrs. Lola Jucksone The report should contain the following
information:
Name of Pupil Group Number Number of bboks read and reported
I am asking that a final report of all patron tickets sold be
sent to me on or before Wednesday, April 9, 1947. Names received
after that time will not appear on the program..
Please report on other tickets sold at the meeting on
Saturday, April 12, 1947.
May I remind you of the pie for the UniQn University Choral
Club dinner. They may be brought when you come to the Concert.
I trust that you will give your full support to the matters
mentioned above.
