County, in the Circuit Court of Loudoun County, Virginia, bI the Judge thereof, in vacation,
on the lgth.day of August, 1941, the undersigned Commissioner will ofier for sale at public
auction about the hour of twelve o'clock noon on Saturday, October 18, 1941 in front of the
Court House at Leesburg, Virginia the following tract or lot of land, itzz-

All that eertain tract or lot of land situated and being in Lovettsville Magisterial District in Loudoun County, Virginia, known as the Emerck

School Property, containins 2 acres

and .95 poles, being the same that was corlveyed to the Sc}ool Board of Lovettsville District
by A. M. Conrad and wife by deed dated June 20, 1920 of record in the Clerk's 0ffice of the
Circuit Court for Loudoun County, Yirginia in Deed Book 9 K's Folio 345.

IMPROVEMENTS
Said property has a two-room stone building thereon, whicl was built about the year
1920. The building is in good shape and would make a very dsirable and aftractive home.
Th6re is a good well on said property and said property fronts on State Highway Route 6E8.
