DIRECTIONS.-After the number of pupils is filled in properly in the first vertical
column lor the first grade and then for the other grades, the number in each grade is to be
totaled as provided opposite "Total-A;" then the number of children under seven years of
for all grades as recorded, should appear under "Total-B" in the proper space; in similar
manner the number of children of other ages should be totaled in the appropriate spaces
under "Total-B". The total oI all the items opposite "Total-A" and the totil-of all the iioms
under "Total-B" placed at the bottom of the cclumn headed "Total-B" should be the same.
