Marion J. Sands, "colored" supervisor for Loudoun (1949-51) was in 1946 Secretary of the Negro Organization Society. She attended the Oct 1946 meeting of Negro Nurses at Leight Methodist Church for SE Regional Conference of the National Association of Colored Graduate Nurses.
