From the clean dish room directly to beverage station without excess handlingl convenient, quick beverage service. New plastic cup trays hold cups
individually and solidly with no danger of slipping when storing or carrying.
There is no contact between cups so there is no scratching, cracking, chip-
ping, or loss of handles. Air space around lip of cup permits quick air drying
or in heated units quick uniform heat diffusion. These trays are durable,
-light
and easy to handle, outdating heavy cumbersome wire racks. They may
be run through dishwasher. Open wire under-shelf provides used tray storage.
