- School Property, situated about 2 1-2 miles from Harpers Ferry, on the
road leading to Hillsboro, contgzning one acre, more or less, improved
by astone building,in fair condition. The property adjoins the lands of

Gaver, Demory, and others and is the same property which was conveyed
to the School Board for Lovettsville District by C. C. Gaver and wife,
and Amelia Shriver, by deed dated October 1st, 1879, and of record
in Liber 6 O’s, folio 276, in the Clerk’ Office of Loudoun County, Va.
