oun County, Virginia, on the 24th day of August, 1912, at the hour of
eleven A. M., all of that certain LOT of LAND containing
ONE ACRE
. belonfii;lg to the s’aid school district, located in the Town of Round Hill,
; adjoining and bounded by the properties of the M. E. Church, South,
the late A. L. Moore, Thomas Wynkoop and others.
TERMS OF SALE.—One-half of the purchase money to be paid in
cash on the day.of sale and the remainder to be paid in six months
‘thereafter, with interest from the day of sale, and title to be retained
~until all of the purchase money is paid.
