: I have already estimeted thet such a building would cost
$86,000 but this 1s only a rough estimate. We do not decide toe~
day and plen tomoprow & ullding of this size and that cost
this muche The problem has to be spproached deliberstely and
carefully.
I believe that I am correct in saying that every member of
the School Boerd in Loudoun County would feel that it is proe
per for a new school bullding to be erected for colored children
to include st least St. Louls and liddleburg at this time and I
concur In this attitude. I should lilke to suggest that if you
would bave & committe who would reggesent your PTA come to the
School ‘oard Meeting on Jenuary 31°Y there might be a somewhat
better understand than apparently exist at this time.
You letter will be presented to tha‘gchool Board st its
next meeting. .
