iPublic Schools for the accomodation of our colored children and we beliéve
ffihat our race is justiy entitled to at least one High School in the ":,7
County to be .located in the discretion of your Honorable Bpard.l =

our chilaren out of the County for a complete High School education.

which we believe will not be inconsiderable -- and, as we are informed,
