of the Colored Public School,tax -payers anc well wishers,in the interect
of our cLildrent ttending said school. we are desirous of changes in t-
tlhe graded departments,for the betterment of all who sttend there.
The reason for this appeeal 1is inefficicncy end other things we have not
herein contained,Trusting when the time arrives to vote and decide upon
the appointments of the teachers for said school,your Honors wilifde
clearly scce and be convinced that our plea is justifiable,and that
there will be no adifficulty for you all to arrive at this conclusion
and grant our request,the first one in thirty years.
