Mrs. Helen H. Marsh
Purcellville
Virginia
Dear Mrs. Marsh:
In your letter of October 23 you referred to the meeting
of the School Board on November 13. The meetings are held
regularly on the second Monday of each month and that will
be the 14th of November.
I expect to be in Richmond most of this week, but I
hope that some time next week we can have an opportunity to
talk over a few of the problems that are of a more immediate
concern to us, and I also want to give you a copy of the
School Budget and School Laws.
We have an immediate problem that will come up at the
next School Board meeting as to whether we should house an
overflowing room in a corner of the basement now used as a
dining room or in the auditorium or in a room created by
removing the partition between the combined clinic and
teachers' restroom and the office. I think the teachers and
patrons do not agree about this.
I believe it would be helpful if we could go to the
school together and talk some about the problem.
Very sincerely yours,

0. L. Emerick
Division Superintendent
