1) Records of School Board Minutes:
- 1924 (July 8): The School Board authorized the Chairman and Clerk of the Board to renew an outstanding loan for Lovettsville District. We don’t know if this was specific to the colored school or if the colored school benefited. That’s TBD with further research. For G.H. Virts, the loan was for $2,000 for 2 years from August 1, 1924.
