inspect the minutes of the Board of Educa-
tion on behalf of my clients, school patrons
and citizens of Loudoun County.

In case you have not seen the same, I
enclose you copy of the decision of the
United States Court of Appeals, 4th Circult,
June 18, 1940, Alston v School Board of the
City of Norfoik, regarding the equalization
of Negro teachers' salaries.
