I feel sure that your visit has been of much halp
1n our situation. .
: We have aufurther cmnication from Attorney
Houston to present to'our Bosrd on May usn, but
it does not cover anything new. .
We understood that the property deed can Iagany
have a reservation claase in it but our experience
with many problems relating to this indicate that it
is poor business for the school board to accept s
donation and make an investment with ten times es
much or more under the condition that the title is
not entirely free. |
