. My discussion with the colored teachers on November 15th was based
on final édjustments by 1043-44 rather than Dy 1942-43 because further
thought caused me to recall that the State increases will probably cover
that period.

I suggest consideration of the following resolution but no mmEEx
hurry over its_adoption:

Be It Resolved: That it 1s the sense of this board that white
and colored teachers should be on the seme salary schedule and this
board announced its desire to make the necessary adjustments ad follows:
School Session 1941-42 - Péy colored teachers 11 months.
School Session 1942-43 - " " " on white schedule less 10%

School Session 1943-44 - " - " by white schedule.
