1940 Insurance Description of the third White school at Bluemont, on land donated by Dr. Rufus Humphrey in 1921. That structure is now the local community center in Bluemont. The staff at the community center were very helpful to this project.

A two story, detached, frame, stucco building
with metal roof, on stone foundation, built in 1922.
‘This building contains four class rooms and an audi-
torium, is lighted by electricity and heated by:.a low
pressure steam heating plant, is furnished with water
and equipped with usual plumbing fixtures necessary
to the occupancy. This building is approximately
39%' X 80' and is in good condition.
