Buildings addressed: Arcola Elementary, Sterling Elementary, Hamilton Elementary, Middleburg Elementary, Banneker Elementary, Douglass Elementary, Douglass High School, School Bus Garage. Handwritten note imploring the Loudoun County School Board to approve the stated improvements in Blacks schools to head off any attempt of Black students attending White schools ("separate but equal"?).
